1. Setting up your Airtable account

Step 1: Create your account

First things first you need to set up your Airtable workspace. To begin with it’s most cost effective to start with a Team account but over time it’s likely you will probably need to upgrade to Business in order to access the enhanced feature set. If you have >20 users then we recommend negotiating this directly with Airtable, we can provide an introduction.

Step 2: Create a blank Airtable workspace and add [email protected] as an ‘Owner’

Nolo will use one of your paid for seats for the duration of the project and after launch if you are contracted for ongoing Managed Service.

Now your account is setup…

• Navigate to airtable.com and create your workspace by clicking on the ‘+’ in the left hand navigation.
• Open the workspace and hit the three little dots and select ‘Workspace settings’.
• Select Add or manage workspace collaborators.
• Invite [email protected] by email with ‘Owner’ permissions (see screenshot below). Note - you may need to add @noloapps as an allowed domain via the admin panel
